Part of the MKS PAMP GROUP since 2002, MTB provides individuals and institutions with a wide selection of international legal tender bullion coins and pure investment bars.

Chris Carkner

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer of MTB since 2019, Chris has extensive knowledge of the bullion and precious metal industry. Prior to joining MTB, Chris was responsible for the global sales for Bullion (including Refinery, Storage and Exchange Traded Products), Numismatics and the Foreign Circulation businesses at the Royal Canadian Mint. Chris started his career at the Royal Canadian Mint in 1996 as an IT consultant and subsequently held progressively senior positions in IT, Marketing and Sales.  Chris holds a Master of Business (MBA) Degree from the University of Ottawa.

Kevin Connell

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer of MTB, he has extensive background in both the base and precious metals markets, Kevin came to MTB in 2016 with a keen eye for financials in this unique industry. Overseeing the accounting, finance and IT teams, implementing and securing MTB’s trading and logistics platforms and streamlining operational processes in all facets of the company, Kevin, who worked for J.P. Morgan Metals & Concentrates for seven years and then continued with Freepoint Commodities for another five, also acts as a liaison with our MKS PAMP partners across the globe.

Mike Villagomez

Executive Director: Sales and Trading

With over 20 years in the precious metals industry, Mike brings a diverse background with trading and sales experience in both financial and physical precious metals.  Prior to joining MTB, Mike held positions at Mitsubishi, Bear Stearns, J.P. Morgan and most recently at ICBC Standard Resources (Bank).  As the Head of Sales and Trading, Mike leads the trading team and oversees the customer growth and trading strategy. Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
 

 

Joseph West

VP, Global Supply Chain

For more than 15 years, Joseph has been developing the global supply chains of major retail brands including Wegmans Food Markets, Ralph Lauren, and HUGO BOSS.  He brings a data-driven approach with a focus on delighting the customer through his experience in operations, inventory management, logistics, business systems, and integrated process management.  As the Head of Global Supply Chain, Joseph designs strategy and leads the day-to-day vaulting and fulfillment operations with our in-house facilities and third-party partners.  Joseph holds a MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and BSBA from Alfred University.

Jameson Bosco

VP, Finance/Controller

Jameson Bosco is a seasoned financial professional who since joining MTB has focused on internal controls/framework, P&L reconciliation and reporting, risk management and automation, liquidity and treasury functions and corporate development modeling. Jameson currently oversees all Back Office and Risk related functionalities. Prior to joining the Company, Jameson held Corporate Finance positions at Humana and 21st Century Fox. Jameson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Adelphi University in 2013.

 

Diane Mitchell

VP, People

With over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience, Diane joined MTB as the VP of People in July of 2022. Diane began her career as a Recruiter with Gartner Group in 1996, and then worked primarily in the marketing/advertising industry until joining Noble Agri (now COFCO) in 2014 as the Head of HR for North America. She worked in a variety of other industries including consumer products and software, but ultimately found her way back to commodities first with Gerald Metals and now with MTB. Diane holds her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University where she also completed her HR Management certification.  She also received her PHR certification in 2001.
