Ryan Boyles

CEO

Ryan Boyles has served as Chief Executive Officer of MTB since December 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience in the precious metals industry. Prior to joining MTB, Ryan spent over 13 years at APMEX, the world’s leading precious metals retailer, where he held leadership roles in Merchandising, Business Intelligence, and Business Development. Throughout his career, Ryan has consistently driven innovation, enhanced operational efficiency, and fostered business growth. At APMEX, he implemented strategies that improved scalability, streamlined processes, and supported the company’s successful expansion into new markets and product categories.  As CEO of MTB, Ryan is focused on strengthening the company’s position in the wholesale precious metals market through customer-centric innovation, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mike Villagomez

Executive Director: Sales and Trading

With over 20 years in the precious metals industry, Mike brings a diverse background with trading and sales experience in both financial and physical precious metals.  Prior to joining MTB, Mike held positions at Mitsubishi, Bear Stearns, J.P. Morgan and most recently at ICBC Standard Resources (Bank).  As the Head of Sales and Trading, Mike leads the trading team and oversees the customer growth and trading strategy. Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from San Diego State University.

 

Jameson Bosco

VP, Finance/Controller

Jameson Bosco is a seasoned financial professional who since joining MTB has focused on internal controls/framework, P&L reconciliation and reporting, risk management and automation, liquidity and treasury functions and corporate development modeling. Jameson currently oversees all Back Office and Risk related functionalities. Prior to joining the Company, Jameson held Corporate Finance positions at Humana and 21st Century Fox. Jameson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Adelphi University in 2013.

Lennart Kocheise

VP, Sales & Marketing – International Markets

Lennart Kocheise has over 12 years of experience in the global wholesale precious metals industry, specializing in international business development and product marketing. At MTB, Lennart leads the company’s international market expansion across Europe and APAC, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth. Previously, Lennart held key roles in product development and international sales, overseeing high-profile brand licensing programs such as the FIFA World Cup coin collections and managing global licensors, including Warner Bros and DC Comics. Lennart holds a dual degree in International Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and ESB Business School in Germany.
